Zeph is a Solutions Architect on the Development & Research team at the EdLab. In this role, Zeph is able to mingle his lifelong commitment to education with his passion for software development. He believes that technology provides the most productive means to impact education and is therefore the most promising way to improve our future society.
Zeph has enjoyed a wide array of professional experiences. From working on bringing college counseling to the masses at Admitster to teaching as both a college professor at Columbia University’s Computer Science Department, and as a teacher at the Buckley School in Manhattan, and the Riverdale Country School, to software engineering roles in financial institutions and internet startups. Zeph holds an A.B. in Mathematics from Princeton University, and a Ph.D. in Mathematics from the University of California at Berkeley.
