Sakar Khattar is currently a graduate student at Carnegie Mellon University, pursuing Master of Entertainment Technology. He completed his undergraduate in Computer Science Engineering from Indraprastha University in New Delhi, India in 2011.
He chose to pursue Entertainment Technology at Carnegie Mellon to work on the intersections of art and technology. During his masters experience, he got to work on some really interesting projects, one of which was a DARPA ENGAGE initiative. As a part of a interdisciplinary team of artists and programmers, he created an educational game to teach science to kids aged 6-8 by making the process fun and engaging.
He enjoys the process of programming immensely, and is currently gaining expertise on working on front end development and user experience design. He is looking for ways to make meaningful contributions in the field of interactive education, and is excited about working at Edlab.
In his free time, Sakar enjoys photography immensely, and also likes to listen to music and read books.
