I noticed a trend where people would have to post +1 to acknowledge an insightful comment. It would be nice to have a point system in Vialogues. Once every comment has a score, further functionality would include sorting them by most points, and most replies.
This would also encourage intellectual competition between commenters. If I was casually visiting a random Vialogues, I would most likely sort them by most points to see the most influential material. Educators can use this feature as a reward system for his students.

One of the perks of working at EdLab is that the supervisors incorporate activities such as development and research meetings (which are not really meetings) and seminars. They help alleviate the stress and redundancy that comes with doing productive things every day at the workplace. Developers have a higher level of stress compared to other professions, most of which derive from reaching deadlines. I was worried that I would experience burning out from a heavy workload, however that would hardly become a reality. The developers here are taken care of.
