We all recall back to 2015; a year where radical extremist groups such as ISIS and Boko Haram terrorized the world. We vividly remember the violent events in Paris in January and November. One of the emerging concerns that arose from the attacks is how we can combat terrorism. For example, ISIS wants an Islamic republic in the Middle East and Boko Haram is against the education of girls. This article talks about how education can act as a buffer to recruiting terrorists.
Pranav organized a team building session yesterday for the development team. During the session, people expressed their concerns and ideas regarding how to better coordinate the work between each other when working on a bigger project. People discussed issues like meeting participation, bug tracking, dependency of work, prioritization of work, etc. Particularly, we discussed in depth what ownership is and how we should take it in our work. Hey all, hope all is well. Happy holidays and such. Just wanted to introduce you to brooklyn mobile, the latest incarnation of the broadcaster project. It's basically my laptop on a cart with a box around it. I walk around downtown brooklyn with it. Skye has some footage of that but in the meantime I thought I would share a short selection of videos from the booth.

Dear EdLabians, We installed our cart on the second floor in the library. Our territory is marked by blinking xmas lights. Stop by for a visit and give us some feedback! You might recognize the vehicle. We used it for our very first intervention here on campus. That was back in August, when we tested our audience and exchanged coffee shots for wishes and secrets! Remember? We prepared the cart for display and added some more interactive elements to encourage the scholars to step into the rink and play with the "machine".
