More learning by email... but a worthy innovation?
See this article in Inside Higher Ed about the online learning tool Spaced Ed ("addictive learning that sticks"). Basically, the tool communicates with you through the medium of your choice (email, rss, etc.), with little tidbits of knowledge and related questions... the idea being that it's easier to absorb information in this fashion. OK, I like it. I want to try it. I even want to try teaching through it. But, how upset am I that we haven't been able to launch the Knowledge Marketplace yet!? Yes, yes, the very tool that parcels out PocketKnowledge content in this way!
