Anyone want to organize a sensor building workshop for Scratch Day?
I've got lots of Scratch sensor boards
on loan, and I'd like to put together an activity for kids during Scratch Day at TC on May 16
. I was thinking about a "build your own game controller" workshop where kids could build tilt sensors, dance pads, or other types of controllers for the games that they're programming in Scratch. The materials, except for the sensor board, would be very common -- things like aluminum foil and foam.
Would anyone like to help organize and run this workshop? I'd love a collaborator. No experience is necessary - you just have to be willing to do really silly things involving electricity.
