Using Brightcove with Snow Leopard

We recently updated our computers and have noticed that we can no longer use Quicktime to export the necessary .flv files for brightcove. We are forced to use Adobe Media Encoder to export .flv. For some reason when we use this it makes the video look yellow and over saturated. We are still figuring out a work around. It may entail uploading a H.264 file which doesnt look as good in Brightcove. You can see what H.264 looks like in this week's version of the Voice.
