The End of Search? Really?

According to this piece in Mashable, Google is preparing to introduce a personalized newsfeed and ultimately for the end of search as we know it.  Apparently, the thought is that search will become less relevant as artificial intelligence becomes better at predicting what we would like to know at any given time and place.

So, what do you think?  Do you believe that, in say 10 years, you will be searching less as applications become better at predicting what you would like to know?
