Communicating as a Leader
I am almost sure we all have at one point had to take on a leadership role in some capacity. Being a leader at any level, whether it’s a JV basketball team captain or CEO of a Fortune 500 company requires an ability to effectively communicate. An ability to effectively communicate can resolve many issues almost immediately and also prevent it from exacerbating into something far worse.
