Bio:

Jess graduated in May 2009 with her Ed.M in Science Education and is continuing as a doctoral student in the program at Teachers College. She is a certified NYS high school biology teacher but is currently a full time student. Her teaching experiences have included work in upstate New York, Brooklyn and Glasgow, Scotland. She is a Canadian who attended Elmira College, a small liberal arts school in upstate New York, where she double majored in biology and education. Some of her research interests include the learning sciences, creativity, game design, as well as interaction design and teacher support.
