What Does "New Learning" Even Mean??

For anyone generating content in New Learning Times (NLT), here is a list of "21st century skills and competencies" that can guide us in determining what "new learning" is. Does your "good idea" really have an NLT angle?

Janice, this is a really interesting list of 21st Century competencies and skills... esp. since skill-based learning is such an important, emerging trend (Skillshare, Codeacademy etc.)! Thank you for sharing this... I will be sure to consult this for inspiration and "guiding" thoughts as I write for NLT!
