Helping Push-forward Info Literacy...
EdLab seminar alums, EasyBib, (check-out their seminar embedded below and read our review) just announced this partnership with the American Library Association. The goal of the partnership, as stated on EasyBib's site, is to help support, "the important role that librarians play in shaping and teaching important information literacy skills to 21st Century learners."
Potential Partnerships?
The citation and bibliography automation leader, will donate 5% of institutional sales to the ALA during the month of August to help fund the creation of webinars to increase information literacy. I wonder if Vialogues could be created of these video-based resources for asynchronous use? Is there a partnership like this that the EdLab should consider? If so, who would we approach and through what project?
