Awww it's Doug :) Great job with the video.

Still, I can't help but wonder what form a touching tribute from the D&R group would take on. Analytical report of his/her strengths? A white paper on best practices for grieving a leaving co-worker? Oh I know... memorialize them in an iPhone app :)
