Check out this article from Streeter Seidell, front-page editor of CollegeHumor.com. He has some interesting comments about viral videos.
Like the video above, he mentions viral videos, "...should be short, easily understood, universal, nostalgic."
However, he does admit there isn't a magic formula for viral videos. About his popular website he quips, "So we sure seem to know what we’re doing, huh? To be honest, though, we don’t. Nobody in the online content business truly does."
